This incident has been resolved.

This was not a service provider issue, there was a problem with one of the servers which is why the issue was intermittent. The vendor has shut down the impacted server and continues to investigate. In the meantime, users should be able to connect to TreasuryConnect normally.

The vendor has suggested this workaround for the intermittent TC Login issues Work-around : End-user log out, close out the browser and a log back in until no longer seeing the error. This may require multiple attempts.

The vendor has been notified. It may be a carrier issue - problem seems to occur when using IE on comcast network. Users should try Chrome if available.
